The Chinese company Topband starts production at the factory in Timișoara

Topband Smart Europe, a Chinese company supplying components for household appliances, electrical equipment and building management systems (BMS) has started production for the European market, in the CTPark Timișoara industrial park.

The company has rented a production space of 11.000 square meters where a production of 9 million pieces is estimated, most of which will be for customers in Romania.

Our specialists were co-opted in equipping the production space with the voice-data network, the video surveillance system, the access and time control system.
The voice-data network was a complex job requiring over 25.000 meters of cable and hundreds of sockets installed in both the administrative and production areas. At the same time, the equipment in the IT room was purchased, installed and configured.

In the new location, the access control system monitors 9 doors, two-way access control on which 17 readers have been installed.
At the same time, our specialists created the infrastructure for the video surveillance system to be able to provide images from inside and outside the building, to be able to view them in real time, but also to store them.

The Chinese company has been on the market since 1996 and started operating in the Shenzhen Hi-tech Industrial Park, which has become known as "China Silicon Valley". In 2007, Topband went public and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Topband has approximately 6.000 employees in eight countries on three continents, with three operating bases in Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Huizhou, as well as an R&D center in Chongqing.
