HCLTech expands its activity in Iasi

The company HCLTech, headquartered in India, which offers consulting and IT&C services, has opened a new global service delivery center in Iasi.

The Iasi center offers automated product support, technical support, sales/marketing support and account management services, delivered through the use of digital technologies such as process consulting, robotic process automation, AI/ML and Analytics.


The partnership between our company and HCL in Romania continues in this project as well. Our colleagues deal with the supply, installation and maintenance of the access control system and the video surveillance system.


In the new location, the access control system monitors 12 doors, two-way access control through the SIEMENS SiPASS system, and 19 video surveillance cameras are also installed, managed by a remote Siemens VMS server.


HCL Technologies has been present in Iași since 2019, when it took over part of Xerox Technologies' global operations. It also has open offices in Bucharest and Brașov, and currently has over 1.000 employees in Romania.
