Breaza City Hall

The installation of a video surveillance system in the strategic points of the city of Breaza in Prahova county is one of the projects that the installation teams of ICCO Systems are currently working on. In the first stage of the project, 21 video cameras will be placed.

The objective of installing the equipment is to increase the safety of citizens and prevent crime. Video surveillance cameras will be used to monitor and identify potential criminals or those who vandalize public or private property.

The monitoring video surveillance system is an integrated system that contains equipment, software applications and communication systems. Video cameras are installed on existing lighting poles or new poles will be installed, in 16 vulnerable strategic locations.

The data will be transmitted to the dispatcher via optical fiber cable in the redundant network, ring type, from each surveillance point. The data will be stored, recorded and processed through servers dedicated to the video surveillance system (NVRs) and related software.

The dispatcher will be located in the town hall building, in a specially arranged room, and the recorded images will be played in real time on large monitors. The images will be analyzed by the Local Police from Breaza.

The monitoring system consists of:

  • 21 video cameras produced by Dahua Technologies
  • software for video processing and monitoring
  • server for information processing and storage
  • central data switch

In the second stage of the investment, 34 video cameras will be placed.
