Lehliu Station
The installation of a video surveillance system in the strategic points of the city of Lehliu Gara in Calarasi county was another project recently completed by ICCO Systems engineers.
The system provides day and night video surveillance of city entrances, exits, streets and main objectives (town hall, schools, kindergartens, churches, playgrounds) to identify any attempt or deed that may disrupt public peace and the security of local residents.
There are 50 video cameras installed on the poles of the national electrical network, of which 2 are smart cameras with video analysis capable of identifying the following characteristics of vehicles:
- Registration number;
- Walking direction;
- Brand;
- Model;
- Color;
All equipment is connected to 2 professional data processing and storage servers, with client terminals installed at the Local Police and Gendarmerie for real-time visualization and intervention.
the transmission of the signal from the video cameras will be done through an optical fiber infrastructure, approximately 10 km long, and on the portions where there were no cabling conditions, wireless communication was used, for example in the area of railway crossings.
The value of the investment amounts to approximately 60.000 euros.
