AFI Park Brasov
AFI Park Brasov is the most important real estate project in the ultra-central area of Brasov, a project developed at the same time as AFI Brasov Shopping Mall (45.000 m2 shopping center). AFI Park Brasov is composed of 2 office buildings with a total area of 25.000 m2.
The project benefits from the best location in the city, in the heart of the Civic Center, at the intersection of 15 Noiembrie boulevard with Grivitei boulevard and Iuliu Maniu street.
AFI Park Brasov is a new class A office project, with LEED Gold green certification, composed of two buildings located above the AFI Brasov Shopping Mall. The project is developed in phases, including building 1 (leasable area of 15.000 m2) and building 2 (leasable area of 10.000 m2).
ICCO Systems specialists worked on the installation of low current systems in the largest office space in Brasov developed on 12 levels (1.370 m2 / floor) which was inaugurated in September 2020, namely building 1 of the AFI Park Brasov project.
the works worth approximately 400.000 euros consisted of the design, delivery and installation for:
- fire detection and warning system with 1840 addressable analogue smoke detectors;
- fire detection and warning system by aspiration;
- burglary detection and warning system;
- public address system with 95 loudspeakers;
- video surveillance system with 64 IP video cameras;
- access control system with 64 readers;
- installation of access turnstiles;
All low current installations have been included in an integrated building management system.
